Ketika mendengar berita bahwa salah satu hewan terancam punah, rasanya pasti sedih guys! Apalagi kalau kamu itu pecinta kucing sejati. Rasanya tentu tidak rela karena mereka kan juga berhak hidup di dunia lebih lama. Ada berbagai alasan mengapa mereka cepat punah. Salah satunya akibat ekosistem yang tidak lagi memungkinkan dan karena diburu oleh manusia. Maka dukung aksi perlindungan hewan ya guys agar hal itu tidak terus terjadi.
Tanpa perlu lama-lama, langsung kita bahas saja.
Kucing Hutan (Blacan)
Blacan ini juga dijuluki sebagai Asian Leopard Cats. Karena corak bulunya memang sangat menyerupai leopard. Karena terkenal eksotik dan menarik, orang-orang jahat mulai suka memburu si manis ini.
Alhasil keberadaan blacan makin lama kian berkurang. Ini semata terjadi karena orang-orang tidak bertanggung jawab. Barangkali sekarang ini sudah tidak bisa memelihara doi secara bebas bila sudah termasuk hewan dilindungi.
Kucing Merah
Kucing cantik asal Kalimantan ini memang memiliki bulu berwarna merah. Tidak heran bila diberi nama kucing merah. Kucing merah memiliki julukan Bornean Bay Cat sesuai dengan tempat tinggalnya di Pulau Borneo alias Kalimantan. Tetapi sayangnya doi dikategorikan sebagai hewan hampir punah.

Kucing Kepala Datar
Flat Headed Cat atau kucing kepala datar ditemukan di hutan Sumatera dan Kalimantan. Karena tinggal di hutan dan hutan kini sudah mulai rusak ekosistemnya, keberadaan si manis ini mulai terancam.
Saat ini, diperkirakan jumlahnya sudah tidak lebih dari 3000 ekor. Sejak tahun 2008, kucing manis ini sudah masuk ke dalam kategori hewan hampir punah. Kamu jangan pernah mendukung dan terlibat aksi perburuan liar ya!
Kucing Bakau
Kucing bakau ditemukan di hutan bakau, daerah rawa, dan daerah tepi sungai di Pulau Jawa. Karena dekat dengan daerah perairan, ia sangat suka air. Bahkan ia bisa menyelam untuk mencari mangsa yang berupa ikan, katak, dan udang.
Namun, sayangnya kucing manis dan pemberani ini sudah menjadi hewan yang dilindungi karena jumlahnya sudah berkurang. Artinya kamu tidak bisa memeliharanya. Doakan saja guys agar kucing ini terus bertahan dan tetap berkembang biak agar terus eksis di dunia.
Kucing Emas
Kucing berwarna emas ini dipercaya memiliki kekuatan magis. Alhasil banyak orang ingin memiliki dan memburunya. Kucing berjulukan harimau kijang ini pun terancam punah karena ulah si manusia.
Kucing ini pernah dianggap punah pada tahun 2005, tetapi ada kamera menangkap keberadaannya di Way Kambas, Lampung. Mulai sejak itu, ia masuk ke dalam hewan yang dilindungi.
Kucing Batu
Kucing ini bisa ditemukan di Pulau Sumatera dan Kalimantan. Keahlian doi adalah dalam hal panjat memanjat pohon. Doi sangat cepat dalam memanjat saking pintarnya. Tetapi sayangnya doi sudah terancam punah dan dilindungi undang-undang.
Fakta-fakta seperti ini memang membuat kita turut bersedih. Nasib malang benar-benat menimpa kucing manis tersebut. Mereka seakan terusir dari tempat tinggal sendiri dan perlahan berguguran.
