Di Indonesia, kucing yang dalam Bahasa Inggris disebut Persian Longhair ini juga sangat disukai.

Kucing Jenis Himalaya
Kamu sudah tahu dong kalau kebanyakan kucing Persia berhidung pendek alias pesek.
Tapi, khusus jenis yang satu ini hidungnya nampak sedikit lebih panjang alias punya bentuk. Wajah kucing Himalaya jadi nggak terlalu datar.
Keunikan kucing Persia jenis Himalaya terletak pada warnanya. Warna yang disebut sebagai color point.
Seluruh badan kucing punya warna dasar coklat muda atau putih. Namun, di salah satu bagiannya misalnya wajah, atau ekor, atau kaki, atau lainnya berwarna hitam.
Kucing Himalaya dapat hidup sampai 15 tahun dan mempunyai berat badan sekitar 4 sampai 6 Kg. Wah lumayan juga ya?

Sesuai dengan namanya, flatnose atau si hidung datar. Kucing ini memang pesek. Selain itu, hidung kucing Persia Flatnose juga kecil. Letaknya sejajar dengan mata. Hampir tidak terlihat di tengah bulunya yang lebat.
Kucing jenis Flatnose termasuk paling populer di Amrika Serikat dan punya harga cukup mahal. Wajahnya yang sedikit kotak dan chubby akan nampak lucu ketika bermain.
Ya, kucing Flatnose sangat suka bermain dan melompati barang-barang di dalam rumah. Kamu harus hati-hati. Kucing ini lebih menyukai kebisingan dibandingkan Himalaya.
Ciri khas Flatnose adalah telinga yang kecil meruncing dan berjarak cukup jauh kanan dan kiri. Selain itu, kucing ini tampak lebih pendek justru karena mempunyai kaki lebih panjang.
Kucing Jenis Medium
Jenis kucing Persia ketiga yang populer di Indonesia adalah jenis Medium. Hidungnya sedikit lebih mancung dari jenis lain dan punya bulu yang sangat lebat. Mungkin kalau diukur, panjang bulu mencapai 10 cm.
Ada dua jenis kucing Medium yang dikenal, Longhair dan shorthair. Kamu pasti tahu dong perbedannnya?
