Rupert adalah nama kucing maine coon milik Kyra Foster. Di dunia maya, foto kucing ini sedang diangkat sang pemilik banyak beredar.
Rupert memiliki berat 9 kg dan masih bisa berkembang terus karena usianya tergolong muda.
Perhatikan saja bulunya yang sangat tebal. Pemiliknya menaganggao kucing ini mirip hewan besar mammoth.

Pickles lebih berat dari Rupert. Beratnya saja mencapai 10 kg dengan panjang hampur stinggi orang dewasa.
- Ludo
Di beberapa foto internet Ludo dan pemiliknya, Kelsey Gill hampir setengah tingginya.
Yah, di usianya yang baru 7 bulan Ludo sudah mencapai 11 kg. Padahal disebutkan bahwa sampai sekitar usia 5 tahun, kucing baru mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan optimal.
Bisa dibayangkan kalau kucing main coon satu ini sebesar apa ya saat usis 5 tahun?
Pemiliknya sendiri yang merupakan warga negara West Yorkshire, Inggris melakukan riset tersendiri sebelum mengumumkan bahwa kucing terbesar di dunia. Dia bahkan rela mengamati dua kucing yang harinya sama dengan Ludo.
Ludo dikatakan mengalami gejala gigantisme, pertumbuhan yang sangat cepat daipada seharusnya. Namun, Kyle tetap bangga dengan hewannya yang satu ini.
- Stewie
Dalam catatan Guiness World of Record kucing maine cooc terpanjang di dunia aalah Stewie. Panjang kucing ini mencapai 123, 2 cm. Wuih panjang banget ya. Lebih dari setengah ukuran tinggi manusia.

Omar, kucing maine coon yang tinggal di Melbourne juga diyakini sebagai kucing terpanjang di dunia.
Fotonya sempat viral di media sosial beberapa waktu lalu.
Di tempat tinggalnya, serumah dengan pemilik, yaitu Stephy Hirst.
Kucing yang dimilikinya ini mempunyai berat mencapai 14 kg. Padahal berat kucing normal hanya sakitar 3 sampai 6 kg. Panjang tubuh Omar juga mengimbangi tubuhnya yang berat, yaitu 120 cm.
Kombinasi berat dan panjangnya membuat Omar nampak lebih besar dari seharusnya.
Omar diadopsi dari penjualnya ketika masih berusia tiga bulan. Tidak seperti kucing maine coon umumnya yang baru tumbuh saat usia 3 sampai 5 kg, Omar sudah mencapai 10 kg ketika baru berusia satu tahun dan terus tumbuh.
